The hat is made of 10.5 oz cotton herringbone, woven by Swiss MULLER® shuttleless seam machine and recycled PET material. This hat has undergone many material selections, tested and improved versions, to finally became comfortable and stylish to wear.
The fabric and trims of this hat have been pre-shrunk and will not shrink significantly after wearing or washing.
