This prototype is taken from the daily pants of the European immigrants in the 1920-1930s. Most of these trousers lack “YOKE”, that is, there is no triangle stitching cut under the back waist.

The waist of the trousers has buttons that can be used to tie the suspender, and there is an adjustment belt in the middle of the back waist to adjust the waist and hip circumference. It’s also called “Buckleback”.
