You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.
You must use the return label we provide, then send the return package to us within 30 days after the delivery date. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of the package if it returned without permission.
We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.
Undergarments(Socks, Boxer Shorts and Tank Tops), free gifts, 'final sale' products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to cs@olderbest.com.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You can only return to the return warehouse address we provide.
Please ensure you don't put non-Olderbest items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing";
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
